Mô tả công việc
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department heads/ Operation Managers
- Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the resort and hosts.
- Plan, develop and provide training and host development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job trainings, meetings, role plays, scripted service verbiages and workshops.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Make annual training plan and training calendar for leadership programs with action plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education, Business). Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in L&D development
- Proven record of delivering Trainings/ Workshops for Leaders (level AM and above)
- Tech-savvy, innovative approach in learning & development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills (English is a must).
- Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable in fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
