Sales Assistant Executive (Temporary 9-Month Contract)

1. Sales / Marketing activities:
- Service and maintain good relationship with clients by frequent contact, visits etc…
- Work with clients for renewal & new insurance program, calculate premium for policy and endorsements;
- Approach new clients, cross-sell to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge;
- Consult and introduce insurance products to clients, and support procedures and any questions raised up by clients
- Follow up with clients for confirmation;
- Follow up the overdue premium to ensure collecting premium fully and timely
- Remind clients for declaration;
- Prepare report, presentation translate sales & marketing documents when required;
- Develop new business and new project as assigned.
2. Co-operation function:
- Support the Management on daily work;
- Cooperate with team members to reach target and growth;
- Follow up with Technical support and Policy processing team to deliver documents to clients timely;
- Cooperate with Loss Control Engineer to make risk survey at client’s site;
- Cooperate with Underwriting section to comply UW guidelines;
- Cooperate with Claims dept. to explain and support Client for Claim procedure and settlement;
- Cooperate and support with other departments as assigned.
3. Other duties as required by the job or as assigned by supervisor.

* Salary package: Negotiable. Attractive salary based on the ability & performance.
* Monthly Lunch, Telephone & Transportation allowances
* Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
* Transportation (company car & taxi) for outside assignment
