Mô tả công việc
1. Sales & Occupancy Management
- Drive sales activities to achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize occupancy for hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices.
- Actively identify, reach out to, and convert potential leads through networking and direct sales efforts.
- Conduct professional site tours and lead negotiations for lease agreements with prospective members.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Leasing teams to develop promotional campaigns and competitive pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge in the local coworking market.
2. Operations & Centre Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coworking space, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment.
- Manage leases, contracts, billing, and payment collection in coordination with Finance.
- Supervise opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and third-party vendor services.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
3. Customer Experience & Community Building
- Deliver exceptional service to create a welcoming and productive environment for all members.
- Develop and execute community events, networking sessions, and workshops to foster member engagement.
- Promote collaboration among tenants and external partners.
- Handle escalations and resolve member issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, occupancy rates, and revenue for management review
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, or property management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in sales, leasing, or customer experience management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (verbal & written)
