- Develop and manage the Company's business plan

- Advise the Company's Board of Directors on issues related to business plans, bidding and contract management;

- Building a network of domestic and foreign customers;

- Preside, organize and coordinate bidding activities, selecting subcontractors and material suppliers

- Guide and manage subordinates on quantity take-off, application of norms and unit prices for bidding packages before preparing bidding documents;

- Prepare bidding volume table, control and manage the volume of bidding documents; Evaluate and control bid/bid documents; Preside over organizing the issuance of bidding documents and price invitation documents;

- Develop criteria, evaluate contractor capacity and bidding documents;

- Prepare and negotiate applicable contract contents appropriate to the nature and scale of each bidding package;

- Manage contracts including contracts with the Investor and contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and related partners;

- Manage personnel in the sales and bidding department, organize the implementation of tasks according to Company regulations.

- Responsible for coordinating and contacting other departments of the Company and the Company's partners to carry out work;

- Build and manage lists of contractors, suppliers and related partners;

- Implement quotations, project bidding, negotiate, sign contracts and control product output quality standards.

- Monitor and manage progress according to the Contract, ensuring all activities take place according to plan.

- Basic salary and high commission percentage
