What you will do:

• Prepare and maintain relevant quality control documents and procedures for production.
• Support the team during third-party audits from health departments and other related agencies.
• Provide training to production teams on quality control and related topics to maintain high standards.
• Perform on-site quality control audits and submit reports and recommendations for improvement to management.
• Analyze daily production reports to assess quality standards at each refill location.
• Prepare and present monthly quality assurance reports to management.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are calibrated and operating correctly.
• Inspect all areas of facilities to ensure conditions maintain the quality of supplies and materials.
• Address and resolve quality issues professionally, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement strict quality control processes and procedures at all refill facilities to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
• Perform quality control inspections, in-house testings and testing with third-party laboratories to maintain standards.
• Other relevant responsibilities as discussed during the interview.
