Mô tả công việc
- Work closely with Distributors in assigned areas to ensure a smooth and efficient business for both Distributors and the Company.\
- Be responsible for the high performance of Distributors following the Company targets, including (1) efficient sell-in/stock loading (SKUs, pricing, quantity, etc. based on the Company policy and directions), (2) monitor inventory in Distributor warehouse to optimize fulfillment rate, and (3) recommend solutions to increase business efficiency in Distributor side to pursue win-win and long-term partnerships with the Company.\
- Be a representative of the Company to deliver cooperate policy and business supporting promotions to Distributors.\
- Be responsible for reporting Distributors’ issues may arise in daily operating to the Company’s department in-charge and tackling them following the Company guidelines. Work closely with Distributors and the Company to effectively manage business weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly performance
- Actively searching for new potential suppliers aligned to the Company direction
- Be a representative of the Company to conduct market survey in assigned area, including all information that directly and indirectly affect business efficiency of Distributors and the Company (for e.g. Pricing, new product launch, new promotions, etc.)
- Be responsible for managing data in an efficient and real-time manner in the Company system (including PR, PO, PO delivery records, Inventory management, etc.)
- Work location: HCM Office, Thao Dien, District 2, Thu Duc City, HCM City

- Business trips across provinces are required
- At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry, priority is given to candidates who have worked in Business Development/ Distributor Management position
- Planning, problem solving and time management skills; work on timelines
- Negotiation skills, cooperation, and support
- Positive attitude at work, willing to learn
- Team skills - can work collaboratively with others; develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, colleagues, and customers
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
