QA Laboratory Staff – Technician (Shrinkage & Garment Wash Tests)

1. Receives samples from different department such as BU & Development team , Garment Production , Dye house Lab & Production. 5%

2. Prepare the size sample & chemical solutions that are necessary in performing the testing of shrinkage test (dimensional change)of fabric & garment. 10%

3. Carry out all the tests that Lab. Can perform such durability wash of Heat seal, Laminated or Bonded & Pad print or Printed, Strength , shrinkage, pH & all color fastness, and all other tests. 20%

4. Responsible to carry out the test according to the required test method by following standard condition in testing. 10%

5. Make observations of the test results for each test.10%

6. Make conclusions and evaluations of test results according to buyer’s standard requirement. 15%

7. Make reports after evaluation. 15%

8. Coordinates with concerned person on the correct information of the samples.5%

9. Submit the reports to QA- Lab. Manager for checking according to the required lead time for each type test. 5%

10. To ensure the cleanliness and orderliness & housekeeping in their respective working area . 5%

11. Adhere company policies , procedures and its rules and regulations  in the conduct of daily work activities.

12. Keeps all technical  information , research data and other important matter with utmost confidentiality
