Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all quality documents completed before shipping as customer requirements
- Prepare quality Reports and support the department head on the quality of raw materials and products.
- Maintain the implementation of the company's Quality Management system: ISO 9001 and Kaizen, 5S improvement programs ...
- Understand the material standards and product standards of customers.
- Recognize on time if there is any risk effect on the quality of products.
- Maintenance and improvement of quality activities at the department, ensuring the process of complying with the standards applied by the Company.
- Ensure that measuring devices and tools are maintained, in good working condition, and calibrated on time.
- Verify and validate processes that the customer requires
- Follow up actions of NC until closing for whole management system auditing (internal audit, third party audit, customer audit, process site tour audit)
- Build up a training program and qualify training for QAQC and production measuring
- Support the procurement team in auditing supplier’s performance
- Other tasks as the assignment of direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor, prefer to technical or industrial management university degree.
- At least 3 years in the same position.
- ISO 9001 Quality management system
- Knowledge document management.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Knowledge about 5S.
