Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations.
Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide training when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Ensure system documentation is up to date and accurate.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study, or relevant professional experience.
5 years or above experience with Supply Chain functional areas across: Product Development, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing.
Practical experience in SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL) operations. Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively handle demanding users.
Proficiency in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with integrating ERP and PLM systems with digital applications.
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
Manual dexterity required.
