Mô tả công việc
- Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations.
- Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide training when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure system documentation is up to date and accurate.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study, or relevant professional experience.
- 5 years or above experience with Supply Chain functional areas across: Product Development, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing.
- Practical experience in SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL) operations. Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively handle demanding users.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with integrating ERP and PLM systems with digital applications.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
- Manual dexterity required.
