Mô tả công việc
Production Manager prepares production planning to ensure sufficient stocks to support sales demand. He/SHE leads the Food Safety Team (ISO/FSSC) to ensure proper quality control. Primary jobscopes include, but not limited to:
1) Plan out production schedule
2) Ensure sufficient inventory (End product/raw materials)
3) Source for new products and manage suppliers
4) Work with Production Supervisor to ensure the production team operate efficiently and in a safe working environment
5) Lead the Food Safety Team in managing quality control (ISO/FSSC)
6) Work with Quality Control Officer to ensure proper documentation and operation done according to standard procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
1) Detailed and organized
2) Education certificate for Quality Control and/or Food-related
3) Proficiency in English
4) Strong leadership skill
