Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Technical and Quality ($1000, ID19528)

• Establish and maintain ISO-compliant procedures; ensure effective operation of the ISO management system.
• Conduct product sample analysis, review methods and regulations, and provide production line guidance.
• Address and resolve technical and product-related issues during manufacturing; provide clear instructions for corrective actions.
• Deliver technical support in customer service activities, including reception, explanation, and complaint resolution.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives for new products and the adoption of advanced technologies.
• Lead projects focused on production optimization, process improvement, and equipment enhancement to boost efficiency.
• Design and implement training programs to strengthen employees’ knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
• Plan, organize, and oversee departmental operations; manage and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and ensure proper execution on the production floor.
• Control production standards and calculate cost efficiency to optimize manufacturing outcomes.
• Track and evaluate process parameters and product quality indicators throughout production.
• Maintain and safeguard technical records and documentation related to production technology.
• Assess technical specifications and equipment conditions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Male, aged 35–40
• University graduate, major in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at copper cable/optical fiber manufacturing plants
• Good command of English
