Mô tả công việc
- Connect with the PMC department, confirm and implement the production plan, ensure the completion of production tasks, and ensure shipments
- Connect with the warehouse to ensure the normal supply of production line materials and ensure production
- Connect with the technical department, improve the yield rate of the line body, improve poor operation methods, and increase FPY
- Connect with the QA department, improve product quality, and deal with product quality issues
- Improve employee safety awareness, and ensure safe production
- Personnel training and on-site 5S management to improve staff skills and create a team with executive power
Yêu cầu công việc
- Educational background: Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.
- Work experience: 3 years and above working experience in electronic assembly industry, team management experience is preferred
- Work skills: proficient in using office software such as office, familiar with SAP system
- Other requirements: Proficiency in Chinese communication
