Mô tả công việc
- Determine the required materials and follow up on delivery with the purchasing team to ensure enough goods are available for production.
- Manage orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to commitment.
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy and act quickly to correct errors if warranted.
- Work jointly with production planning to publish customer SO delivery committed dates and update them in a timely fashion when required.
- Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on the production schedule.
- Monitor the integrity and accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
- Follow up actions about material shortages that affect production.
- Create reports and analyze and update data if required to support the needs of the business
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics
- At least 2 years of experience
- Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel
- Have experience working with SAP or similar systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Good command of English is a must. Chinese is advantage.
