Mô tả công việc
- Quality Assurance Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of metal fabrication processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to address quality issues.
- Review and analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and root causes.
- ISO Certification & Compliance:
- Manage and maintain ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and inspections.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and reports for ISO compliance.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures comply with ISO standards and regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality and ISO compliance reports to management.
- Complete required quality documents, including inspection certificates, test reports, and compliance certificates.
- Submit completed quality documents to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are met.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Training & Development:
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and ISO requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Customer and Supplier Interaction:
- Handle customer complaints and feedback related to quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and ISO management, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in quality management (if any)
- Experience with other industry standards and regulations related to metal fabrication.
