Quality Staff (Automotive, Id21191)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Staff (Automotive, $700, ID21191):

• Proactively implement plans: assign tasks, organize execution, and ensure progress, quality standards, occupational safety, and fire prevention & firefighting safety for department employees. Take ultimate responsibility for work results according to the approved job description.
• Coordinate with management and external experts (if necessary) to analyze issues and make well-founded decisions related to occupational safety, fire prevention & firefighting safety, quality, labor productivity, production costs, delivery schedules, working environment, and employee morale.
• Manage management systems: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949.
• Prepare audit documents and customer assessments for assigned projects on time; handle internal audits, customer audits, and customer responses. Report improvement countermeasures after audits for assigned projects within the required timeline.
• Develop inspection standards and inspection work instructions. Ensure inspection standards and instructions are accurate, sufficient, measurable, and traceable. Review internal control standards for assigned mass production (MP) projects.
• Participate in new project development within the company.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely and satisfactory corrective actions and document control improvements.
• Update related records and documents.
• Maintain workplace 5S and public hygiene.

• Male. Under 40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Technical majors.
• Have 3- 5 years of experience as a Quality Staff in precision mechanical manufacturing and die-casting companies in the automotive and motorcycle parts manufacturing industry.
• Understanding and application of quality standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, fire prevention & firefighting (PCCC), occupational safety,...
• Good at English
