We Create Content is an editorial content agency helping global brands connect with audiences in Vietnam. We don’t churn out content. We build bespoke editorial studios and produce work designed to stand out, not blend in.

What’s the role?

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the visual standard of the agency. That means delivering high-quality design across multiple global brands, working closely and collaboratively with editors, producers and creatives, and ensuring everything that leaves WCC feels considered, sharp and on brief. You’ll also manage freelance designers and illustrators, building a trusted network and getting the best out of them.

What you’ll do

• Own the visual quality of all design output across the agency
• Turn briefs into strong, clear visual directions, not just execution
• Deliver high-volume work without compromising on craft
• Manage and brief freelance designers and illustrators
• Contribute to new business with compelling visual concepts
• Help shape and evolve WCC’s visual standards over time
• Work with external suppliers (printers, partners) to ensure quality is met

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in an agency environment (content, editorial or advertising)
• Strong portfolio showing taste, consistency and versatility
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work fast and maintain high standards
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• A point of view on design, not just execution
