Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the overall product vision and adhere to best practices in UI/UX design.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Jam / Figam
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in the quantum or tech industry.
- Conversational level English (7/10).
