Mô tả công việc
Planning for the article:
- Based on project keywords, develop the topic and content of the article.
- Refer to search engine result trends, read articles ranking in the top 10 on Google to ensure the article topic aligns with user needs.
- Search for reference articles from overseas sources (preferred) and domestic ones that are unique, and explore untapped TOP 10 pages to structure the content framework for the article.
- Collaborate with clients to gather article requirements, suggestions, and discuss new article topics to achieve project KPIs.
- Assign articles to Freelancers and in-house content writers for execution.
- Support Freelancers and in-house content writers throughout the production process to ensure the content is engaging and accurate according to the initial direction.
- Check SEO article standards (criteria provided by the company).
- Provide feedback and request adjustments from writers to improve content quality.
- Coordinate with the SEO Technical team to publish articles.
- Check the actual articles after publication.
Revamp content for old articles:
- Review old content posted on pages that are ranking lower, and content ranked from Top 10 onwards.
- Compare content with competitors in the Top 10.
- Identify gaps between competitors and the current website. Provide directions to update content to be on par with or better than competitors.
- Monitor keyword rankings after optimization.
- Write content when necessary
- For challenging articles, ensure understanding of the topic and client. Write content to ensure the highest quality.
- Write standard SEO articles
- Ensure ideas are fully conveyed, sentences are concise and impactful to achieve good reader engagement.
Other tasks:
- Update new article trends.
- Update Google's new evaluation trends.
- Enhance SEO skills (company support).
- Enhance knowledge in clients' business areas.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 - 3 years of experience in SEO Content position, familiar with content creation or blog writing on websites.
- Understand and have experiences on SEO On-page are a plus.
- Ability to lead and inspire content team.
- Editing skills, including excellent Vietnamese/English proficiency.
- On-page SEO understanding.
- High-level proficiency with short, long-term, and real-time content creation and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills, including the ability to convince and mediate to ensure the ultimate benefit of clients and agency.
- Have a passion for serving customers, have a sensitive intuition to understand the needs of users.
- Confident and proactive in presenting content marketing ideas.
- Ready to be the leader for changes and breakthroughs.
- Degree(s) in Marketing, Linguistics, Education or related fields are more prioritized.
