Having a refined aesthetic taste that aligns with the company's product and service offerings. Regularly update on new creative trends in design and guide the team

Make plans and schedules for assigned design projects

Identify potential risks and propose solutions to address any issues that may impact overall goals and plans.

Make weekly, monthly, and quarterly report

Present the designs with the clients and gain their interest in both aesthetic idea and technical solution

Responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation of all projects of the Design Department or specific assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery

Responsible for the quality of design documents before release

Organize and report urgent issues related to on-site construction design to the Director or make decisions (within permitted scope)

Develop, update, and improve necessary processes, regulations, and guidelines that are missing or not suitable for the design work

Responsible for regular professional training for the team, ensuring the team develops specialized skills and understands the furniture brands represented by the company

Manage and allocate tasks to the team of staff implementing projects.
