E-Commerce Export Consultant

·       Responsible for customers/accounts performance on the E-commerce platform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimising account performance to responding of inquires and negotiating with international buyers.

·       Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customer on the E-commerce platform.

·       Monitor the condition the inbound inquires of customer’s accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.

·       Individuals working as an E-commerce Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management team to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently. 

·       Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.

·       Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.

·       Full salary insurance, 12 days annual leave + 3 days sick leave.
