Import & Export Executive

1.      Be in charge of all related activities of importation and exportation of products (vaccine, pharma, feed additive, equipment, …).

2.      Play an active role in updating government regulation relate to import & export (i.e: import tax, VAT tax (if any), HS code,…)

3.      Prepare dossier to apply for import permit and control the balance

4.      Chasing supplier to have necessary shipping documents for customs declaration.

5.      Prepare documents to apply for import procedures/ customs declaration, preserve and agrange files for further tracking

6.      Work closely with forwarder/shipping line, quality inspection parties, customs to declare shipment … to minimize extra cost; and manage to pick up/ deliver goods on time.

7.      Align with internal related departments to prepare for delivery & receipt of goods.

8.      Solve problems arised during process of delivery/receiving cargoes (authorities, customs clearance, defect or shortage of cargoes, …)

9.      Prepare document to apply for export certificate (CO, Phytosanitary, Health certificate,…)

10.  Import expense report (by quarter)

11.  Be interested to learn other tasks of team: purchase, planning
