Mô tả công việc
Stock & Sales Management:
- Ensure effective replenishment aligned with company standards.
- Organize stockrooms for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage RFID devices and stockroom initiatives to address capacity issues.
- Oversee delivery process and productivity to meet company targets.
- Support management in sale preparation and target achievement.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the department team.
- Ensure proper induction and training for new team members.
- Assist in team development and performance management.
Customer Service:
- Train and review Operation Assistant teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with Division Head of Store operations.
- Ensure team schedules align with planned coverage.
Health and Safety:
- Maintain good housekeeping in back-of-house areas.
- Promote safe work practices and enhance team welfare.
- Report and follow up on maintenance and safety incidents.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
- Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Passion for fashion.
