Mô tả công việc
Responsible for securing and maintaining new business.
Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Contribute to improvements in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account.
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Making sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts
Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience:
Universities degree, major in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferable
2-year experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operation is preferable
Competency:
Communicated in English fluently.
Having good presentation skills
Understanding about the market and competitors' products
Problem Solving and Decision-making
