Mô tả công việc
What you will deliver
- Support the Operation Manager & other departments in achieving company objectives
- Propose solutions to meet the needs of enterprise customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Coordinate team members' activities within the department
- Monitor project progress and supplier effectiveness to ensure service quality
- Regularly propose process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and quality
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to ensure job effectiveness and quality
- Maintain and update databases on systems
- Participate in and support project planning and implementation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Guide, train, and develop team members
- Other job requirements from superiors (if necessary)
Yêu cầu công việc
Who you are
- College degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of transportation operation experience (preferably in logistics companies and startups).
- At least 3 years of team management experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic computer and software knowledge.
- Problem-solving, communication, data analysis, and ability to work under pressure.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for the logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries.
