Mô tả công việc
- Manage and lead at least 80 employees.
- Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the production schedules are met target.
- Plans, organizes, implements and monitors works on time to ensure work progress and minimize costs
- Ensure site compliance to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare management reporting as required.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, priority for candidate has BRC or QA experience.
- Graduated University specialized Food/ Chemical/ Agriculture or other related majors
- At least 2 experience years in a plant management role.
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Solid computer skills and can communicate in English
- Good communication, listening skill, management and leadership
- Carefulness, justice and teamwork
