Quản Lý Sản Xuất (Production Team Leader), Bình Dương

A Team Leader, Production has full shift responsibility for a process area across all key metrics Safety - Quality – Delivery - Productivity - Cost – People. Manage production teams and repair machinery and equipment on production line.

Production Management:

• Manage 1 production line with 10-15 workers to deliver the production plan.

• Ensure volumes are produced in time in full against the production plan

• Accurate inventories in the area by Opening and Closing Process Orders in time and complete

• Deliver the volumes with the planned and budgeted headcount

• Building and growing High Performing Teams in his area

• Coach and develop individual team members

• Team ownership of controllable cost, like area perf., overtime, consumables and material usage

• Own at least one Daily Management System for the Module/Value Stream

• Priority Setting through Daily Direction Setting and effective escalation of issues

EHS:

• Avoid incidents by ensure 'zero safety incidents' mentality and culture in his area

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electricity & Electronic/Food Technology….or relevant background

• At least 1 year of experience in Production Management position, preferred in F&B Industry

• English: intermediate, able to read English documents, write emails

• Strong prioritizing, problem-solving, management skills

• Working knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma, GMP, TPM, 5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with basic machine repair and maintenance is a plus.

• Shift Work: 8 hours/shift, 3 shifts/day & 6 days/week (rotate shifts every week)
