Production Manager (Metal CNC Product Experience Required)

·        Production Planning and Scheduling: Determine production schedules and plans to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of products.

·        Team Management: Lead and manage a team of CNC engineers (mechanical and quality), operators, machinists, QC inspectors and other production staff to ensure efficient and effective production.

·        Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

·        Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of CNC machines, ensuring they are in good working condition and minimizing downtime.

·        Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.

·        Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to ensure profitability.

·        Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

·        Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

·        Communication: Communicate effectively with company management, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery of products.

Industry: Manufacturing with metal products, particularly in the automotive, or similar precision industry.

Work Schedule: Typical is 5-day, 48-hour workweek, with occasional overtime to meet production demands.
