Mô tả công việc
- Review subcontractors Engineering Designs and Calculations for MEP Systems.
- Review Shop drawings of HVAC Systems, water distribution , drainage and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Electrical and ELV systems in compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines.
- Respond to technical queries and RFI.
- Resolve any design issues and suggest alternative solutions
- Preform and manage all site inspections to monitor quality and compliance for works being executed.
- Review method statements for all installations and commissioning of MEP works.
- Review material submittals including compliance to specification
- Assist in Value Engineering.
- Assist Review and monitor MEP construction program and provide assistance to Project Manager and Planning Manager
- Review Payment of subcontractors related to MEP works
- Assist Project manager, Planning team and commercial team in evaluation variation review, claims and extensions of time
- Attend all coordination meetings and technical meetings
- Ensure all MEP works are coordinated
- Coordinate with local authorities as needed
- Performs any other MEP related duties and responsibilities .
- Ensure, follow and implement company SOPs
- Other tasks/ projects assigned by COO/CEOEnsure company SOPs follow while executing the project.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in construction
- Knowledge of applicable codes.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of MEP in construction, project development, interior decoration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- English communication (required)
- Experience in MEP engineering practices, plans and technical specifications
- Priority is given to having experience in MEP drawings rather than construction site
