Mô tả công việc
- In charge of full cycle of project: responsible for overall implement of requirements to meet project standard.
- Analyze: Receive, review, and clarify detailed records of all instructions, requirements by client, and estimates for projects.
- Develop: Coordinate with all parties to develop the project schedule, workload, manpower, timeline, budget, quality, risk and solutions…, and other aspect of a project management.
- Manage: Follow performance/quality of project, finalize and solve any arising variation/issue to ensure company standard.
- Odoo record: Assure correct records of all submissions in Odoo.
- Manpower: Plan project manpower resources, workload, evaluation and people management to develop team.
- Training: Evaluation requirements of project, prepare appropriate training course to upgrade technical skill of team member/leader.
- Budget: Assure planned hours of all task/sub-task in project milestones to meet assigned budget.
- Meeting: Weekly meeting with design teams, consultants, clients, line manager… assure all changing of project are agreement by all relevant parties.
- Forecast: Prepare monthly forecast with at least 2 months forecast.
- Report: Make reports as requested, especially project completion reports.
- Assure permanent conformity of design to customer specifications and requirements, company standards and other regulation requirements.
- Assure full scope of service as per contract agreement without exception.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within a project team.
- Develop and improve company procedure and workflow; Present regular improvement ideas and implement plan to BoD (quarterly).
- Support other departments (if needed) for project management.
- Other assigned tasks by the Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience as Project Manager or other management positions in Structural Design or Consulting.
- At least 6 years of experience in structural engineering design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or relevant subjects.
- Advanced English.
- High level of communication and intermediate leadership skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- Experience in coordination with other parties and clients in projects.
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
- Reliable, professional, self-motivated and good attitude.
- Strong problem solving and time/risk management skills.
- Strong multi-task and priority skills to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Project management skills or experience.
- Leadership management, training and development of subordinate engineers.
- Understanding in Eurocode.
