Mô tả công việc
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. ACAD and SKETCHUP basic knowledge required.
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements. Visit construction site before and after issuing budget for a close follow up of the project.
- Preparing budget for projects, variation orders, project finalization and other documents.
- Maximising potential project income at all times.
- Negotiating prices and contracts. Align with Purchase for competitive price during budgeting/ bidding stage based on market standards/ internal bidding process
- Reviewing technical specifications for materials components, equipment or buildings.
- Determining quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)
- Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)
- Client-Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)
- Proactive (willing to take part and support in cost estimation work when needed)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience required
- 2 years + experience in purchase, preferably in construction/ fit out field
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
- Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- ACAD and Sketchup basic knowledge.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-starter.
- Fluent in English.
