1. Attend to customer inquiries for rates / pricing
2. Learn and understand all tasks, scope and knowledge of freight forwarding in order to follow Internal Work Instruction
3. Be responsible to ensure shipment booking confirmation is received from Freight agent on timely manner in order the shipment ship out without failed
4. Keep contact with oversea network to manage shipment on time delivery
5. Be responsible to manage customer escalation / complaints
6. Prepare of billing report and monthly report, KPI report
7. Be able to handle freight documentations & system
8. Perform any other tasks including ad-hoc, administrative or special projects as assigned by section head
