Mô tả công việc
+ Responsible for checking freight cost from Shipping Lines, Airlines, Co-loaders.
+ Make quotation to clients including oversea for all sea/air shipments
+ Oversee the general import/export forwarding operations ( Booking, Bill, Manifest, P/L, AN, EDO...) ensuring compliance with international/local trade regulations.
+ Effectively solve customer complain and trouble once happening
+ Following payment of logistics clients
+ Responsible for daily management of the operation
+ Responsible for checking and approval for all P/L
+ Responsible for recruiting, training staff
+ Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the Director
+ Support, supervise the implementation of business plans, report business results, revenue and expenditure and expenses, make forecasts before the Board of Directors
+ Build and develop customer system including overseas
+ Seek and develop relationships with customers/agency and partners in the field of Logistics
+ Support account dept to clear long term payment
+ Monthly report to director
+ Other details of this position will be discussed at the interview.
