Mô tả công việc
- Manage to prepare Invoices, Packing List and other documents related.
- To calculate the sufficient volume of Container to load cargo (40HC, 40DC, CFS)
- Booking shipments on system (Info Nexus) and other submitting document (Invoices, Packing List, WEARING APPAREL DETAIL SHEET - for Garment industry in Mymaersk System.
- Inputting data (Carton number, ...) on GIS (Company Internal System)
- Preparing various docs such as Container Loading Result (CLR), Verified Gross Mass (VGM) for CY Shipment, Cargo Loading, VGM for CFS Shipment and submit SI (Shipping Instruction) on time.
- Submitting CCO (Cotton Certificate of Origin) to Maersk
- Get both the draft FCR and Original FCR (Forwarder Cargo Receipt) from Shipping Lines and create full set doc then send to Namyang International In Korea for checking.
- Work with outsourced factories to maintain the lines of producing and keep checking up to date the status of shipments.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: University Degree.
- At least 01 year experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work individually and in group.
- Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines/ Hard-working and responsibility
