Position Title: Logistics Sales
Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Vietnam Co. Ltd
Location: Ha noi Office and HCM Office
Reporting to: Sales Managers in Ha noi, and HCM
Role Summary:
We are recruiting Logistics Sales working in HCM Office, and Ha noi Branch. These positions focus on maintaining customer relationships. Daily, this job requires establishing new accounts, learning customer requirements, developing relationships, and negotiating with customers. This requires collaboration with customer service/ operations team.
Special Accountabilities:
- Doing existing customer management and paying regular visits to customers
- Securing new customers, creating connections, contact to find opportunities to provide Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.
- Maintaining relationships with shipping companies and securing good rates
- Finding and expand new customers
- Negotiate debt issues with agents before providing services, contact - Shipper/Consignee for top shipments to arrange booking.
- Taking care and maintaining relationships with customers to maintain and increase the Company's market share.
- Developing customer system, developing market according to the company's orientation.
- Achieve sales targets and bring profits to the company.
- Coordinating with other departments in the company to monitor and assist in solving problems arising in the process of providing services to customers
- Reporting work results to management and doing other task assigned by Sales managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required Skills:
- Functional knowledge in Air / Sea / Logistics.
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan, Market Intelligence and product knowledge within International Freight Forwarding
- Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Be reliable, honest and responsible at work
- Having Passion in Sales career
Experience and Qualifications:
- Graduate from 3-year college or university in Sales, Trade, Business Administration or relevant field
- Having at least 2-years experiences in Sales of Freight Forwarding services (MNC and local major forwarder is preferable
- Experience in garment/fashion, textile/fabric, furniture, import material, Hi-tech, bag is a PLUS
- Good working attitudes: supportive mind, diligence, discipline and punctuality
