- Contact and work with customers, shipping lines, foreign agents
- Issue Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
- Support customers and sales departments
- Solve any arising problems related to the shipping documents, Bill of Lading, cargo release…for customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from Foreign Trade University or University of Economics (International business) or University of Transport and Communications.
- Flexible, active, careful
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure
- English level: fluent in English especially speaking and writing
Priority: For candidates who have experiences in working for forwarders, logistics companies, shipping lines or airlines
