Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities are handling operations and documents/ compliances for sea export shipments. Specifically in 2 main aspects:
A - Operation
- Receive booking requests from the shipper.
- Arrange booking with the carrier for on-export shipment based on the customer's SOP.
- Working closely with the shipper, shipping lines and the carrier, based on the workflow chain.
- Maintained operational KPIs and followed KPIs as per the customer's SOP.
- Solving problems, issues, complaints by customers.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
B - Human Resources Management/ Working Conditions & Others
- Willing to help and back up colleagues in the team. (on annual leave, individual problems,...)
- Strictly follow the job assignment.
- Ensure work results and progress, in the spirit of willing to work overtime to finish the task assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: College or University
- Have knowledge about Freight Forwarding (strong in Booking is an advantage).
- Good command in English: From level B and above.
2. Experience
- Have min 1 - 2 years experiences in Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Have experience handling booking US/ Canada routes.
3. Skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Skills in areas: Teamwork, Adaptability, Communication, Initiative, Planning - Organizing & Supervising.
4. Competencies & Other Characteristics
