Mô tả công việc

- Tìm kiếm khách hàng, đối tác có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ thông qua Website, page, triển lãm…

- Tư vấn phương án vận chuyển tối ưu phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng;

- Phát triển lượng hàng hóa của cá nhân trên nền tảng hệ thống Melody đang có;

- Chăm sóc khách hàng, cập nhật thường xuyên tình trạng hàng hóa;

- Nỗ lực hoàn thành doanh số bán hàng và doanh thu mục tiêu;

- Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng;

- Mang đến cho khách hàng dịch vụ tốt nhất và quảng bá thương hiệu Công ty;

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, kinh doanh quốc tế, kinh tế vận tải biển...

- Ít nhất từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực ngành XNK, FWD, logistics

- Có Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành hoặc Toeic 600+ (các bằng cấp liên quan khác); Thành thạo tin học văn phòng

- Luôn cập nhật các thông tin thị trường ngành Logistics

- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết thục, chốt sales.
