Job description
Hiring position: Operation Logistics
Job Description:
- Coordinate with shipping lines/forwarders to get bookings, request for extending free time and closing time…
- Follow up booking and update ETA/ETD, delay notice, or rolling notice related to shipments.
- Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedure.
- Report immediately in case of any irregularities/problems arising related to the stuffing process and follow-up problem-solving to the manager.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/College Degree from related fields.
- Be able to work under high pressure and solve problems effectively.
- At least 2 years' experience in the related field. Experience in shipping line/forwarding is preferable.
- Good command of English: writing/mailing/reporting; also good at Chinese is a huge advantage.
- Proactive, careful & faithful.
- Flexible at working time.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
- Honesty, humility, respect for others, and quickly adaptable to new technology.
