Mô tả công việc
- Search, negotiate and maintain daily contact with clients by sending emails, chatting, quoting prices, introducing products, interacting and following up on each client's needs to increase sales according to set targets.
- Handle inquiries and emails from platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, exploit and maintain customer volume and sales according to targets.
- Prepare and handle all sales tools (sales kit).
- Negotiate prices, trade conditions, payment terms, other sales terms, sign contracts, finalize orders, and prepare export documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement orders, monitor production progress, quality assurance, quality control, etc., to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
- Expand customer searches through different channels.
- Prepare and participate in international fairs and exhibitions as required by the company's board of directors.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial English, Economic English, Logistics or a related field.
- Proficient in English (preferably Commercial English): good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (TOEIC 750-800).
- More than 1 year of experience in an export sales position.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn, ambitious and ability to adapt to high-pressure work.
- Proficient in using computers and the internet.
- Capable of working independently and teamwork

Central Veterinary Medicine Joint Stock Company 5 (Fivevet) is one of the leading companies in Vietnam in the field of research, production, trading, and export of veterinary drugs, aquatic veterinary medicines, feed supplements, vaccines and biological products for the prevention and treatment of diseases in livestock, poultry and aquatic animals. The company has a factory and office located in Thuong Tin, Hanoi.
The company has 15 production lines at the factory that meet GMP-WHO standards: 7 non-beta production lines (powder, granules, ointment, eye drops, tablets, oral, injection), 3 beta production lines (powder, injectable suspension, injectable powder), 4 production lines for inactivated and attenuated vaccines on eggs and cells, and 1 bacterial vaccine production line. The diagnostic testing service meets ISO 17025 standards. It also has a GLP-WHO standard laboratory system, Biosafety Level III standards, and a GSP-WHO standard warehouse system in accordance with the World Health Organization.
