+ In charge all of activities related to export/logistic customs clearance
+ To work closely with customers/Principal/Suppliers to well-prepared all relative shipping documents such as customer’s PO, ours invoices, packing list, certificate of origins, cargo receipts or bill of ladings into their website for every shipment,
+To ensure every shipment booking in advance and on time arrange goods arrive to appoint forwarders or shipping agency!
+ To monitor and oversee all export shipments to the correct location and in good condition
+ To make sure that all cargo weights, CBM reflected to our packing lists.
+ Must read all shipping notes/PO/invoices and other docs to manage priorities and ensure that the correct shipping method are used, make sure the shipping records are accurately stored in the database
+ To check and ensure all shipping docs (invoice, B/L, PL, and LC, C/O form...) are appropriate for customs clearance and matching with all relative POs.
+To maintain and update daily shipment status reports to our factories to follow!
+ Handle other ad-hoc assignment as required by the managers/customers from time to time
Yêu cầu công việc
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping department.
+ Strong communication skills
+ Good English skill is required, and understanding mandarin is an advantage
+ Good computer skill, proficiency in using shipping software and system to track/manage shipments
+ Good knowledge of import/export industry and various shipping methods
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues in a timely manner
+ Ability work under pressure and meet tight deadline in a fast-paced shipping environment
