Mô tả công việc
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations of store in-charge within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Co-ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Lead store operation team of 15-20 staffs to reach targets and KPI’s, ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 2 years at the same positions
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- English communication skills
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
