- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with Nuoa.io's growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Oversee the planning and execution of sales initiatives, including sales forecasting and account management.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure high-value partnerships.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (Finance, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment on business goals and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

- Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor sales performance and report regularly to the executive team on progress toward targets.
- Use data-driven insights to refine business development strategies and improve efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenues.
- Experience working in B2B environments, particularly with large enterprises and government agencies.
- Knowledge or experience in climate tech or environmental industries is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
