Mô tả công việc
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their property and migration needs and preferences.
• Present and promote property and migration services to prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
• Provide updates on work progress and outcomes to the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property or migration consultancy sector.
• Understanding of property markets and migration processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
