- Tìm kiếm & hỗ trợ lên hồ sơ mở thẻ tín dụng cho khách hàng cá nhân.
- Chăm sóc các khách hàng cũ và hỗ trợ khách hàng mới cho quá trình mở thẻ tín dụng.
- Tìm leads để mở rộng tệp khách hàng cá nhân.
- Giải đáp thắc mắc và hỗ trợ Khách hàng nếu cần.
