Sales Engineer

- Coordinate with management to plan, prepare and execute tasks in the sales/projects cycle, including but not limited to:
+ Pre-sales: Research customer/project information; Prepare technical documents.
+ During-sales: Understand customer needs; Advise customer on product techniques and solutions; Quotation; Negotiate prices and terms of sale; Follow, update and report accordingly.
+ After-sales: Delivery; Testing & Commissioning; Customer service; Maintenance & Warranty.
- Actively look for new sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Independently handlle customers/large accounts/ projects.
- Coordinate and interact with both engineers and business team to create, set and implement the sales strategy to realize the accelerated growth of company’s platform.
- Monitor the key milestone of the project and follow up the progress to achieve the goal according to the business plan.
- Provide timely and effective communications to management, staff, and customers.
- Achieve sales KPIs/targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project sales within MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, Water Supply & Drainage, Infrastructure, Industrial Equipment, or related industries.
- Existing relationships with Investors, Consultants, M&E Contractors, General Contractors, and Industrial End-users are highly preferred.
- Strong ability to identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
