Mô tả công việc
Commercial/Visual:
- Ensure shop-floor layout and merchandising follow company guidelines.
- Analyze daily data and plan commercial and visual activities.
- Ensure best RFID practices and control product levels.
Customer Service:
- Deliver high customer service and resolve issues, referring to senior management as needed.
- Support product knowledge, including new arrivals, best-seller replenishment, and alternatives.
Shop-floor & Sales Management:
- Motivate the team to increase sales and meet budgets.
- Communicate daily with management on personnel and product matters.
- Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring proper induction and training.
- Assist in team development and handle performance management issues.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain housekeeping standards and communicate incidents to senior management.
- Be aware of risks and ensure safe work practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
- Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Passion for fashion.
