Location: KCN Tân Bình - Tân Phú

1. Sales Process Management:
 Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows for D2C and dealership operations.
 Ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations across all channels.
 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
2. Sales Team Support:
 Provide support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
 Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
 Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
 Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
 Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.
 Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
4. Inventory and Order Management:
 Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
 Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
 Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
 Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
 Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
 Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
 Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
 Facilitate clear and effective communication between the sales team and other internal teams

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and/or customer experience management, preferably in a retail or dealership setting.
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and experience metrics (CSAT, NPS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CX tools, and CRM systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
