Instore Marketing Executive – Posm, Demo & Visual Merchandising

Responsibilities:

1. POSM Management

• Manage the full POSM lifecycle: briefing, production, quality control, logistics, and deployment 
• Coordinate in-store materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, standees, signage, ETC.) 
• Maintain POSM inventory and ensure timely replenishment 
• Ensure all POSM is installed according to brand and campaign guidelines 

2. Demo & Sampling Activation

• Plan and execute in-store demo and tasting activities 
• Prepare demo kits (products, tools, POSM, guidelines) 
• Coordinate with Product, Retail, and Supply teams for stock readiness 
• Monitor execution quality, hygiene standards, and customer interaction 
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements 

3. Visual Merchandising & Display Execution

• Oversee shelf displays, gondola ends, and promotional zones 
• Ensure consistency with planograms and campaign guidelines 
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Retail teams to optimize product placement 
• Support seasonal and campaign-based store decoration

4. In-store Campaign Execution Support

• Execute in-store elements of marketing campaigns 
• Ensure alignment between POSM, demo, and store displays 
• Support the rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns

5. Cross-functional Coordination 

• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Procurement, and Retail Operations teams 
• Provide clear guidelines and instructions for store execution 
• Support stores during campaign rollout and troubleshooting 

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or FMCG activation 
• Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach 
• Good eye for visual presentation and branding consistency 
• Strong coordination and time management skills 
• Good English communication (written & spoken)
