Nhân Viên Sale Admin - Tiếng Anh

Sale’s scope:

- Respond sales channels requests (Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Amazon)

- Manage sales channels (Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Amazon)

- Maintain & manage KiotViet & Shopee

- Communicate with sales staff of promotions calendar, and ongoing communications to ensure we say the right thing to customers at all times

Admin’s scope:

- Process order, send to production, ensure quality & delivery on time

- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

- Work with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

- Maintain, update sales and develop monthly sales report

- Manage product stock, components stock, merchandises stock

- Maintain update database of retail customers and partners (hospitality partners, location partners)

- Report ads expenses and results weekly

Brands scope:

Support operation & organization of Bang's event, pop-up, activities, workshop

General information:

- Working address: 194/24A Khu phố Nội Hóa 1, P, Dĩ An, Bình Dương

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8h-12h & 13H-17h - Saturday 8h-12h

- Negotiable salary from 10 million to 15 million VND
